Step 2 – Reserve Your Spot While We Complete Screening

Like the quote? Simply reply to our email and let us know!

We'll place a complimentary temporary hold on your site and email you the instructions for completing our required background screening.

You'll have 24 hours to complete the screening process. Once submitted, we'll keep your site on hold while we await the results, so you don't have to worry about someone else reserving it during the review.

Background screening is typically completed quickly, often within just a few hours.

Step 3 – Make It Official!

Once approved, we'll email you a secure link to our reservation portal.

You'll have 24 hours to review and sign the Seasonal Stay Agreement, set up your payment information, and pay your first month's reservation fee.

After your initial month, your next billing period will be prorated through the end of that calendar month. Beginning on the following first of the month, your full monthly reservation fee will be automatically billed on the first of each month.

Electricity is billed separately based on usage.

That's it! Once your reservation is confirmed, your site is reserved and will be ready to welcome you to Black Bear Plantation!

Seasonal Stays are available for 30 nights or longer, subject to availability, eligibility requirements, background screening, and our Seasonal Stay Agreement.

I understand that Seasonal Stays require a minimum reservation of 30 nights and that all adult guests must meet the program's eligibility requirements.

I understand that background screening and approval are required for every adult guest. Applicants are responsible for screening fees, which will be credited toward the first month's reservation fee if approved and the reservation is completed.

I understand that, if approved, I will have 24 hours to complete the reservation process, accept the Seasonal Stay Agreement, establish automatic payment arrangements, and pay the first month's reservation fee.

I understand that monthly reservation fees, including any applicable prorated billing period, and separately metered electricity charges will be billed according to the Seasonal Stay Agreement.
