Yes! We love our extended stay guests. Email us with your preferred arrival / departure plans and we will send you a custom quote.

Yes. Both of our sites have their own street addresses. As such, FedEx, UPS, etc. deliver to these sites. We are not responsible for any packages they may have been delayed in delivery and arrive after your departure - so please plan accordingly!

At this time, both sites offer full hookups - we do not have a separate bath house

Not yet, but it is the next thing on the list...if you have any suggestions based on a dog park you really liked, please email it to us!

We do not have a laundry facility onsite - however, on our local resource page we list a very nice laundromat

Yes, we offer a discount for anyone over 55+, and a deep discount for those 65+

We understand that the policy might feel a little off-putting at first, and we want you to know it’s not about targeting older RVs or making anyone feel unwelcome. We truly love the character and charm of well-maintained vintage rigs—and we know a lot of them are in better shape than some newer models!

The reason we have this policy is really about consistency and the experience of all our guests. We take great care to keep Black Bear Plantation clean, scenic, and safe. By asking for a quick photo of older RVs, we can ensure that every rig on-site reflects that standard. It’s not about age—it’s about condition. We've found this step helps prevent issues before they arise, and it allows us to say 'yes' more confidently when folks do arrive with beautiful vintage units.
