Mail & Package Delivery — A Little Extra Convenience!
One of the special conveniences of staying at Black Bear Plantation is that each of our RV sites has its own designated 911 street address! With prior written approval from management, seasonal guests may arrange to receive mail and packages directly at their assigned site, subject to carrier availability. It's one more way we make longer stays feel comfortable and convenient.
Mail and package delivery privileges are subject to our Seasonal Stay Agreement and do not establish residency or tenancy. Guests are responsible for arranging mail forwarding and updating their delivery addresses before departure.

Important Covered Site Information
The covered structure measures approximately 20 feet wide by 40 feet long. For everyone's safety, RVs must not exceed 13 feet, 6 inches in total height, including air conditioners, antennas, and other rooftop equipment.
Guests are responsible for verifying their RV's total height before arrival and complying with all covered-site requirements. Please contact us before booking if you have questions about your RV's dimensions.

Seasonal Stays — 30 Nights or Longer
Looking for a longer stay? This site is available for our seasonal-stay program, subject to availability and approval.
Seasonal stays are designed for guests whose adult occupants are all age 55 or older. Reservations may be open-ended or have a specified departure date, with a minimum stay of 30 nights.
